Senior Associate - Employment, and Workplace Investigations
Our client is a global law firm who is currently seeking an employment lawyer with 5 + years experience to join their high-performing team where you will advise on a range of front and back-end matters, with a solid focus on employment investigations and workforce conduct issues for a 3 month contract with a possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and advising on investigations, fact-finding and workplace conduct issues
- Advising on employment compliance, employee relations, and restructuring
- Drafting employment contracts, handbooks, policies, and settlement agreements
- Supporting on employment aspects of corporate transactions and governance
- Representing clients in complex employment disputes and risk management
- Advising on immigration and sponsorship matters across multiple jurisdictions
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
- Senior Associate or Special Counsel level with a strong employment background
- Proven ability to manage investigations and sensitive workplace matters
- Strong drafting, advisory and client management skills
- Australian employment law experience across jurisdictions advantageous
