Lead Cabin Crew
As a leader in the aviation sector, you will oversee a team of flight attendants to achieve strategic objectives and business goals.
This includes managing all aspects of leadership within the Cabin Crew department. This encompasses performance management, talent development, employee engagement, wellbeing, long-term sickness and disciplinary matters.
You will use your exceptional interpersonal skills to coach and develop Cabin Crew to enhance their skill set.
We're looking for someone with proven experience managing large teams in an operational environment, demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, develop and influence others.
