Join a collaborative, innovative education team at Grampians Health
Grampians Health is seeking two experienced psychology professionals - a Clinical Neuropsychology Educator and a Clinical Psychology Educator - to become part of the Psychology Education team at GMHWS. These roles form a vital part of our commitment to developing a capable, confident, and future-focused psychology workforce across the region.

GMHWS creates a supportive and well-structured environment for early-career clinicians, supported by our Allied Health Graduate Program, Psychology Registrar Program, and broad student placement opportunities. As part of a connected education team, you will help shape the next generation of psychologists working in a public mental health and wellbeing service.

About The Role
As a Psychology Educator at Grampians Health, you will:

* Provide primary supervision to psychology registrars and practising psychologists, ensuring high-quality clinical development, reflective practice, and appropriate oversight of endorsement program requirements and documentation.
* Deliver secondary and group supervision to psychology registrars, provisional psychologists, and experienced psychologists in accordance with Psychology Board of Australia supervision standards.
* Contribute to the design, implementation and evaluation of psychology education programs, capability-based learning frameworks, and professional development initiatives across the service.
* Support research, quality improvement and innovation, including the integration of contemporary evidence into education and practice.
* Promote evidence-based, recovery-oriented and trauma-informed practice across clinical and neuropsychological assessment, formulation and intervention within mental health settings.
* Collaborate with Principal Psychology Educators, Discipline Leads and Allied Health Educators to deliver consistent, high-quality clinical education across GMHWS and the broader Grampians Health psychology workforce.
* Enhance the student placement experience, supporting supervisors and coordinating educational needs for provisional psychologists.

The Clinical Neuropsychology Educator (0.1 EFT) will additionally provide leadership in neuropsychological assessment training, case formulation skills, cognitive screening education, and consultation regarding neuropsychological models of care within mental health.

The Clinical Psychology Educator (0.4 EFT) will support the Psychology Registrar Program, contribute to the facilitation and support of registrar rotations, facilitate professional development, and strengthen early-career capability across mental health settings.

About You
You are an enthusiastic and experienced psychologist who brings:

* Demonstrated expertise in clinical and/or neuropsychological assessment, diagnostic formulation, and treatment planning within a mental health context.
* A passion for education, capability building, and supporting professional growth.
* Strong skills in collaborative learning, stakeholder engagement, and interprofessional teamwork.
* Motivated to contribute to continuous improvement, embrace innovative learning approaches, and promote high-quality care.
* Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to negotiate learning needs, provide clear feedback, and support reflective practice.

What You Need

* Minimum 8 years' experience as a psychologist post general registration with proven significant clinical experience and knowledge
* Current registration as a psychologist with AHPRA with area of practice endorsement in Clinical Psychology or Clinical Neuropsychology
* Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) approved supervisor for Registrar Supervision (primary and secondary) and Higher Degree supervision
