About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Supervisor to join our team. Key duties will include:
* Assisting with the coordination of projects from commencement through to completion
* Supporting senior team members with project planning, scheduling and reporting
* Liaising with internal teams, contractors and suppliers to support project delivery
* Monitoring project timelines and assisting in identifying delays or risks
* Preparing project documentation, reports and status updates
* Assisting with procurement, ordering materials and tracking deliveries
* Supporting on-site coordination to ensure works are completed as scheduled
* Working closely with trades on-site to coordinate installation activities
* Maintaining accurate records, including project files and compliance documentation
