You’ll play a vital role in growing Enable’s presence across digital platforms and the community, while supporting the CEO with day-to-day operations, communication, and reporting.The details:Hours: Casual position - approximately 8-15 hours per week, with scope to increase hours and responsibilities as the demand requiresLocation: Based primarily at our Holden Hill site, but opportunity to visit each of our sites to fulfil responsibilities, and scope to work from home.Commencement: as soon as possible - this is a newly created role with immediate capacity to beginKey ResponsibilitiesMarketing Duties: Plan and implement marketing campaigns, and monitor and report on performanceManage key contacts and direct marketing campaignsCoordinate content creation: capture and edit content (photo/video) using mobile or DSLR, and design branded content using CanvaMaintain social media calendars and manage engagementSupport event promotion and logisticsUpdate website content and implement user experience improvementsManage Google Business ProfilesConduct market research and report on campaign performanceDesirable but Not Essential:Basic SEO tasksGoogle and Meta Ads managementWebsite design and editingExecutive & Admin SupportPrepare reports, presentations, and documentation for the CEOAttend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action itemsSupport strategic projects and assist with organisational initiativesProvide general admin and occasional finance/ops supportHandle site deliveries, pickups, and other ad hoc errands as neededAbout YouYou’ll thrive in this role if you are:A confident communicator with a creative eye and attention to detailHighly organised, able to manage competing priorities independentlyTech-savvy, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working in a purpose-driven environmentProficiency with Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media toolsStrong writing and editing skills; confident in content creationExperience with photography and video editing (phone and DSLR)Excellent communication, reliability, and initiativeGoogle Ads and Meta advertisingBasic SEO knowledgeExperience in allied health, disability, or community servicesQualifications & ScreeningsHighly regarded: Bachelor’s degree (or working towards) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field OR equivalent work experienceDHS Working with Children CheckNDIS Worker Check (or Disability Services Employment Screening)To Apply:Submit your CV, a short cover letter telling us why you’re a great fit for the role,and any relevant portfolio work by 15 June 2025.Enable Fitness Centre celebrates diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
