Responsibilities
* Provide a local customer owned banking experience to new and existing customers
* Proactively connect customer needs to Beyond Bank's offerings through excellent listening skills
* Complete Beyond Bank's Lending Accreditation program to assist our members with their personal and home lending needs
* Manage general enquiries and provide sound advice and information to our customers
* Contribute to a high achieving team environment with your commitment to success and strong work ethic
* Manage customer bank accounts, including opening, closing, and overseeing transactions
* Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best solution for the customer
* Support customers by providing lending solutions, such as personal loans, credit cards and home loans, ensuring customers fully understand Beyond Bank's product features, benefits, fees, charges, and overall value
Qualifications
* Resilient, driven, and passionate
* Excellent customer service skills
* A passion for building lasting customer relationships and serving the local community
* Able to work in a dynamic customer service environment
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
* Banking or Financial services experience desirable, but not essential
