What you will be doing:
* Managing day-to-day landlord and tenant relationships, providing prompt and professional communication
* Overseeing maintenance, coordinating trades and ensuring timely completion of work orders
* Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections and preparing detailed reports
* Handling lease renewals, rent reviews, VCAT preparation (as required) and general PM administration
What you'll bring:
* 1–3+ years' experience in residential property management.
* Agent's Representative Certificate, reliable car, and current driver's licence.
* Calm, solution-focused communicator with strong conflict resolution skills.
