The company operates a flexible WFH policy. You will need to be willing to come into the office three days a week and work two from home. Some weeks may solely be from home and other weeks more in the office, if you need to be meeting F2F with the business etc.

As a senior member of the team, you will take the lead for commercial analysis and business partnering, with a supply chain focus, that will take you from commercial understanding of cost drivers, through to working with Sales & Marketing, around new products and refresh of the range.
In addition to analysing landed costs, and then logistics and operational costs of the business, the interesting part of the role will support Marketing around feasibility analysis of new products and refresh of existing ranges. Through your analysis and building your profile as a trusted advisor, you will get close to the business, and be able to guide decisions around sourcing through to product range.
The ability to build relationships will be a key part of this role.
You enjoy understanding businesses and the drivers of growth and profitability. You like to be creative and provide commercial rigor to guide decision. A high level of interpersonal skills and ability to engage, communicate and influence internal and external stakeholders at all operational levels is required.
