Job Title: Registrar

The Magistrates' Court of Victoria is a jurisdiction that provides justice in metropolitan and regional courts.

This role involves performing administrative tasks throughout the Court's registries, including in-court duties, client-contact enquiries, and back-of-office responsibilities.

* Civil Jurisdiction
* Criminal Jurisdiction
* Family Violence Jurisdiction

Administrative roles may be performed in various jurisdictions, including Civil, Criminal, Family Violence, VOCAT, Diversion, Children's and Coroner's Courts.


Key Responsibilities:

* Performing in-court duties as a clerk
* Handling client-contact enquiries via telephone and counter
* Managing administrative responsibilities


Requirements:

* Strong administrative skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
