Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Managing client communications via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
* Coordinating meetings and appointments, and liaising with clients and legal professionals.
* Drafting and preparing legal correspondence and documents with precision.
* Handling monthly billing and invoicing processes.
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to the family law team.
About You:
To excel in this role, you will be a motivated professional with:
* Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, ideally within family law.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
