About the Role
As a Warehouse Cleaner at Moco, you’ll help keep our facilities safe, clean, and ready for action. Working across our modern Wacol site, you’ll maintain a hygienic environment that supports smooth warehouse operations and the wellbeing of our team.
This is a permanent, full-time role on day shift, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Flexibility is key in a fast-paced warehouse setting with high standards and teamwork expectations.
About You
You’re pride in your work and understand the importance of a clean and safe workplace. With hands-on experience as an industrial cleaner in a warehouse or factory, you’re confident using cleaning equipment like industrial scrubbers, gurneys, rubbish compactors, manual cleaning tools, and following strict safety procedures.
You’re comfortable with a variety of cleaning tasks, from scrubbing floors to maintaining restrooms, offices, and common areas, and operating cleaning equipment. Most importantly, you bring a reliable, proactive approach and the willingness to go the extra mile to keep the workplace shining.
Skills, Experience & Attributes
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures, safe work practices, and safe handling of chemicals.
- Previous industrial cleaning experience in a warehouse or factory environment.
- Proficient with industrial cleaning equipment (e.g. scrubbers).
- Ability to clean and sanitise restrooms, offices, and shared spaces.
- Ability to lift, bend, and be on your feet for long hours.
- Ability to operate semi-automated cleaning equipment e.g. tub washer
- Completing tasks on schedule, often independently.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Current machinery in state-of-the-art facility, with room to grow in the warehouse.
- Quarterly in-house development for training and to keep you up-to-date on licenses
- Great supporting technology – including Voice Picking and Scanning
