What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver pest control services including inspections, treatments, and follow-ups.
* Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers about services and safety.
* Maintain accurate records using mobile devices and follow company procedures.
* Work independently with support from your local supervisor and team.
* Perform physical tasks such as climbing, crawling, and working in confined spaces.
What We're Looking For
* Licensed Technicians: Hold a current pest control licence and experience in residential or commercial pest management.
* Trainees: No prior experience needed—just a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a genuine interest in the industry.
* Customer-Oriented: Friendly, reliable, and confident in dealing with clients.
* Physically Ready: Comfortable with hands-on work, including tight spaces and heights (PPE provided).
* Tech-Comfortable: Able to learn and use mobile apps and digital tools as part of daily work.
* Driver's Licence: Essential for travel across the region.
