Join Our Corporate and Commercial Law Team at MBA Lawyers
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a talented and driven lawyer to join our respected corporate and commercial team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our partners and play a key part in delivering high-quality legal solutions to our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
You’ll be involved in a broad range of matters, including:
* Managing business and asset sale transactions from start to finish
* Retail and Commercial leasing
* Assisting with share sale and purchase deals
* Drafting and negotiating a variety of corporate and commercial documents, such as finance agreements, employment contracts, heads of agreement, and assignment/novation documents
* Preparing shareholder agreements and company secretarial documentation
* Supporting company restructures and advising on corporate structures
About You
We’re seeking someone who shares our commitment to excellence and client service. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* A minimum of 3 years’ post-admission experience in corporate and commercial law
* Solid understanding of the Corporations Act
* Experience advising on corporate structures and transactions
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills
* A proactive, collaborative approach to your work
