**What's the opportunity?**
We are looking for a **Finance Analyst** to join our highly successful team at Norwest.
This role will contribute to strategic decision making by gathering and analysing data, preparing and developing reports and dashboards and generating insights on overall business performance.
The focus will be on process improvement and supporting the commercial finance team to drive margin improvement and efficiency gains in all value drivers.
Further to the above your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Facilitate accurate and timely forecasting
- Review and analyse site KPI's and span of performance
- Facilitate group reporting on periodic basis
- Model business case and scenario analysis
- Weekly and monthly review packs
- Overhead and Spend trackers
- Collaborate with shared services team across multiple functional areas
- Experience in a similar role
- Ability to use MS Excel (Advanced)
- Confidence in the use of digital platforms
- A valid drivers licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence
- Ability to collaborate
