Job Overview
The Operations Supervisor – Transport will be responsible for the coordination, planning, and supervision of our depot and transport fleet operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* The ideal candidate will lead a small team of drivers and coordinate timely delivery to and from customer sites located in the Pilbara Region.
* Oversight of transport operations and fleet scheduling for our linehaul service, labour allocation, task planning across operations, and ensuring compliance with safety leadership standards and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations.
* Monitoring vehicle operations, maintenance, and driver fatigue management, managing depot administration processes, including records and reporting, and supporting continuous improvement in operational procedures and customer service delivery.
* Liaising with internal teams, clients, and drivers to ensure timely service execution using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and transport management systems (tablet-based).
