Operations Centre Supervisor, Queensland Ambulance Service
The Operations Centre Supervisor (OCS) is a key role within the QAS Operations Centres, responsible for supervising and managing daily operations and staff to ensure efficient frontline service delivery.
This role supports the Director or Executive Manager in developing reforms and service improvements, contributing to the future direction of QAS service delivery. The supervisor ensures high-quality pre-hospital care and transport services are provided to the Queensland community, aligning with business objectives and performance indicators set by the Commissioner.
