Job Title:
Branch Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
* Process customer orders, invoices, returns, credits, and payments accurately and efficiently
* Coordinate order fulfilment, ensuring goods are picked, packed, and dispatched on time
* Liaise closely with warehouse staff, the Branch Manager, and external freight companies to meet delivery deadlines
* Manage and monitor inventory levels for warehouse and office supplies
* Assist with stock control activities, including cyclic counts and annual stocktakes
* Maintain accurate data and records across company systems and files
* Handle customer payments, complete banking tasks, and assist with debtor follow-up when required
* Support management with general administrative duties and site record maintenance
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a customer service, administration or team leadership professional
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
