Senior Pharmacist (Team Leader) - Ballarat Regional Intergrated Cancer Centre (BRICC) Pharmacy

Fixed Term Parental leave cover until April 2027.

Full Time | 40 hours per week with a monthly ADO (Part Time applicants considered)

About The Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and passionate senior clinical pharmacist to provide team leadership and deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services within our Integrated Cancer Service. This is an exciting opportunity to combine advanced clinical expertise with leadership, education and training in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Core Duties

Provide advanced clinical pharmacy care to Cancer patients receiving Day Unit treatment
Lead and co-ordinate the day to day workflow in the BRICC Pharmacy and other Grampians Health Sites as needed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, patient focused care
Lead, mentor and upskill a dedicated team of clinical pharmacists and technicians
Drive service development, quality improvement and innovation for the Cancer pharmacy service

Skills & Experience

AHPRA registered pharmacist
Advanced clinical pharmacy capability
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Skilled in supervision, mentoring and team leadership
Previous Oncology Experience desirable
Minimum 3 years post registration experience
Postgraduate clinical pharmacy qualification or ANZCAP credentialing desirable
