Role Overview
Providing exceptional customer service and creating meaningful connections with customers.
Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
Demonstrating a genuine passion for Okanui products to achieve successful conversions.
Taking accountability for opening and closing the store.
Contributing to stock maintenance, merchandising, and preparing stock for sales.
Local with availability on weekdays and weekends.
Skills and Experience Required
Proven experience in retail or fashion industry, ideally in a sales-focused role.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with a hands-on and energetic approach.
High standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Motivation to achieve and exceed individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Current Driver's Licence, own transport and be a local resident of the Darwin community.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
