The Role
Reporting into senior venue leadership, this Management position is primarily customer-facing, overseeing daily service delivery while supporting a large and diverse front-of-house team.
The role works alongside other senior managers, with a focus on versatility, adaptability, and exceptional guest experience.
Overseeing daily operations in a high-volume environment
Leading, coaching, and supporting a team of up to 20 staff across tasting and concierge services
Managing rosters, floor coverage, and service flow
Maintaining tasting lists, service standards, and customer engagement practices
Supporting administrative tasks as required, with scope to shape the role based on strengths
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in hospitality or customer-facing management roles
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams on the floor
Confident communicator with a warm, engaging service style
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Passion for wine, tourism, or premium customer experiences
