Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Dental Assistant. This is a part-time opportunity working on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care, prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment, and deliver quality chairside assistance to our dentists.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and implementing infection control standards and procedures, as well as providing instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service, organised, and have a proven track record of punctuality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients
* Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment
* Deliver quality chairside assistance to our dentists
* Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
* Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
* Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management
Requirements:
* Experience working in a local Australian dental practice is highly regarded
* Passionate about customer service and patient care
* Organised with attention to detail
* A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
* Ability to build rapport with patients in a cheerful and light-hearted manner
