Job Description:
We are currently seeking a passionate and results-driven Skin/Laser/Beauty Therapist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will align with our values and be committed to delivering outstanding client results through advanced skincare and beauty treatments.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct personalised skin assessments and consultations.
* Administer a range of skin, laser, and beauty treatments with a focus on achieving optimal client results.
* Stay up-to-date with training and professional development, skincare products and advanced treatment modalities.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service.
* Uphold the values of Glow Beauty Therapy in every client and team interaction.
Qualifications:
* Diploma or Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy OR Dermal Science
* Laser Safety Certificate (highly desirable).
* Proven experience in administering a variety of skincare, laser, and beauty treatments.
* Strong knowledge of skincare products and their benefits.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with the following modalities and skincare lines extremely desirable, Dermaviduals, Prologic, CIT Microneedling, Microcurrent, IPL Hair Reduction, Laser/ IPL Skin Rejuvenation, Advanced skin consultation, LED, Qi Beauty, Buccal Massage and Facial Sculpting Massage, RF Skin Tightening, Brows and Massage and Brazilian IPL/Waxing.
