The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant. You will be working with a group of caring and supportive colleagues who are passionate about delivering exceptional care services. Your main responsibility will be to assist our residents with their daily needs, ensuring they feel comfortable, safe and respected.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing and grooming.
* Assisting residents with their daily activities, such as eating, drinking and using the bathroom.
* Supporting residents with their mobility and transferring them safely.
* Maintaining confidentiality and respecting residents' privacy and dignity.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification. You will also need to have previous experience in a similar role and be able to use computerised clinical management software. A Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check is required.
