Overview
Austcorp Executive are partnering with a leading designer and manufacturer of customized road transport equipment serving the mining, agricultural, chemical and general freight industries.
Our client is currently looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to work out of their Perth branch.
This role will provide administrative support to the Operations, Finance, Sales and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Provide general administrative support across departments, including scheduling, document preparation, scanning, and filing
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of internal registers and documentation
- Support team members with data entry, follow-ups, and basic reporting
- Coordinate documentation for incoming and outgoing stock or assets
- Contribute to special projects and provide flexible support where needed
Experience Required
- Previous experience in an administrative / reception role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust attention to detail
