Permanent part-time, up to 7 hours per fortnight available
Weekend roster – Saturday and/or Sunday shifts
Hours are alternating Saturday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and alternating Sunday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
These hours can be worked on the same weekend or on alternate weekends. We are looking for someone who can cover one, or both of these shifts
Training provided; hospital pharmacy experience not required

Working Saturdays (9:00 am – 12:00 pm) and/or Sundays (8:00 am – 12:00 pm)

Key Responsibilities
Efficiently and effectively dispense and distribute medication for patients in the hospital and for those being discharged.
Prepare and provide discharge medication summaries.
Offer medication counselling and education to patients.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide advice on patient care.
Process imprest medication orders for use in the hospital.
About You

Key Requirements
General Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
Relevant Australian or New Zealand pharmacy experience.
Ability to manage your own workload with good communication skills to effectively liaise with a wide range of health professionals.
