Reporting to the Commercial Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth primarily in the civil construction market.This is a great opportunity for engineering professionals who enjoy combining technical expertise with client engagement and business development.Responsibilities include:Influencing specifiers such as consulting engineers and architects through presentations and other media.Identifying current and future market trends and opportunities within Civil Masonry.Providing technical and engineering advice on products, services, and equipment.Preparing initial designs and technical information.Liaising with engineers, architects, and other professionals.Identifying and optimizing masonry products within technical specifications.Developing and delivering technical information and training to customers.Ensuring compliance with legal requirements.Preparing technical reports and concept designs.Analyzing technical tenders.Managing contacts, projects, and opportunities via Salesforce CRM.Assisting in designing custom products and R&D of new ranges.Success Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or relevant discipline.Previous experience in sales, technical, or specification engineering roles.Knowledge of the building and/or construction industry (preferred).Experience in civil contracting or design (desirable).Strong communication and customer service skills.Effective time management skills.Proven ability to build long-term relationships.About Us:Brickworks Building Products owns some of the world’s leading building material brands, known for quality, style, and innovation.
