Driver Food Collection (C Class Licence Required)
Living Hope Inc. is a community-focused charity dedicated to assisting vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals in Armadale by providing food and essential support.
We are currently seeking a volunteer driver with a valid C-Class licence to help collect donated food from local supermarkets and deliver it to our distribution centre in Armadale. This role involves driving our truck, assisting with loading and unloading food, and ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
Key duties:
* Drive the truck to supermarkets and other donation sites
* Assist with loading and unloading food items
* Ensure food is delivered safely and promptly to Living Hope's centre
Skills and experience required:
* Valid C Class driver's licence with experience driving trucks
* Reliable, punctual, and physically able to assist with loading

Commitment: Regular - less than 6 months
Type of Work: Driving & Transportation
Time Required: Volunteers are asked to commit to approximately 24 hours per shift, once or twice per week, depending on availability. Shifts typically occur during supermarket donation collection times, which are flexible and can be scheduled around your availability.
Training: Basic orientation covering safe driving practices, truck operation, food handling, and loading/unloading procedures. Ongoing support and guidance will be provided by Living Hope staff.
