What We’re Looking For
* A proven commercial leader with experience in driving sales and scaling tech businesses
* A deep understanding of AI-powered business solutions and how they create value for clients

* A track record of winning new business, building partnerships, and expanding market presence

You’ll have the opportunity to earn a total package of $200,000 to $300,000, comprising :
* Base Salary aligned to your experience and capability
* Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP) : performance-based, linked to key commercial outcomes
* Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) : including employee share options designed to reward long-term impact and leadership value
The final structure will be tailored based on your experience, with meaningful upside for strong commercial performance and leadership impact.
