As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in managing the demand forecasting process for all products in our portfolio. You will lead a detailed monthly forecast review with the relevant Sales and Product teams, aligning with agreed Latest Estimate (LE) Sales forecasts.
You will work closely with the aligned Supply Planner to deliver and maintain the required levels of inventory, ensuring that Sales, Margin, Availability, and inventory Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in a demand planning or related planning role working in a support office national role and leading S&OP processes preferred
* A highly organized team player with well-established analytical capabilities
* Detail oriented
* Well versed in demand forecasting using current forecasting/planning systems
* Good commercial acumen
* Shows initiative in problem-solving
* Strong written/verbal communication
* Good negotiation skills with ability to influence and drive outcomes
