We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Business Analyst to join our ICT team.
About The Opportunity
This role puts you at the centre of SkyCity Entertainment Group's systems and process evolution. You'll work with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define solutions, and support delivery ensuring improvements are practical, scalable, and aligned with business goals. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and operational units, you'll guide projects from concept to implementation.
You'll also play a key role in supporting compliance initiatives, helping ensure systems and processes meet regulatory requirements and internal standards. Whether it's aligning workflows with policy or contributing to audit readiness, your work will help safeguard operational integrity.
About You
You're an experienced Business Analyst with at least five years in ICT applications support, development, or analysis. You've delivered real results whether launching systems, refining processes, or driving innovation and you're confident working across both traditional and agile delivery modes. Your approach is structured, strategic, and grounded in collaboration.
A degree in Information Systems or Business Administration is preferred, along with experience in casino or hotel operations. You understand how systems support service delivery and are comfortable navigating large-scale transformation projects. Your grasp of project management tools and techniques helps you bring clarity and momentum to complex initiatives.
