Key Responsibilities:
* Ongoing development and implementation of comprehensive safety programs, aligning with industry best practices and legislative requirements.
* Ensuring a proactive safety culture across all levels of the organization.
* Advising senior leadership on safety performance, compliance, and risks.
* Engaging with employees, contractors, and senior management to embed workplace safety as a core value.
* Monitoring and managing all safety documentation, including permits, licenses, and records.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
* Extensive experience in a senior safety leadership role within a manufacturing or construction environment.
* Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and industry best practices.
* Proven experience in leading cultural change initiatives and workplace safety improvement programs.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
