**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Lead, develop, coach, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers across New South Wales and Queensland to enable them, develop their expertise and drive business results.
- Develop trusting relationships our key customers and manage a portfolio of pharmacy banner groups in the region while manage a small territory.
- Drive collaboration with our Medical, Marketing, Training and Business Development team to engage and influence our customers, accelerating the Dermacosmetics category and deliver the divisions annual plan.
- Ensure accurate and effective execution of business priorities and standards as aligned with Commercial, Marketing and Medical, to our aligned KPI's
**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven track record of managing and leading teams with an emphasis on coaching and motivation
- Bachelor's degree would be ideal in marketing, commerce equivalent
- 3-5+ years' experience in field leadership role or equivalent; ideally with consumer products / skincare within the Pharmacy segment
- Solid analytical capability: ability to perform and navigate both qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Business and commercial acumen and an ability to understand impact of initiatives across Commercial, Marketing, Analytics & Medical
- High customer relationship building skills
- Passion for results and is a self-starter
- Strong Microsoft Office experience, and experience with StayinFront is an advantage
