Job Overview
The Regional Administration Manager is responsible for the efficient management of administrative functions and processes, including logistics coordination, regional reporting, and communication procedures.
* This role manages the administration and onboarding of Volunteers engaged in the regional program.
* Reports to the Regional Operations Manager and works with a team of land managers and ecologists.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Coordination of logistics, regional reporting, and communication procedures.
2. Administration and onboarding of Volunteers.
3. Working with a team of land managers and ecologists.

Qualifications
Formal qualifications in relevant disciplines (Business Administration, Project Management, Bookkeeping, Data Management) or demonstrated strong practical experience are required.
Licences, Certificates and/or Training
* Valid manual driver's licence.
* 4WD experience.
* Police clearance certificate.
* Remote First Aid certificate.
Work Environment
Work involves performing duties both in and outdoors. The Kimberley region experiences extreme weather conditions, requiring a high level of physical fitness and ability to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling loads, bending, climbing, and driving vehicles over long distances.
