Senior MEP Cost Manager Position

* Lead the team in delivery of MEP services from feasibility cost planning to agreement of final account.
* Manage and develop the team to deliver high-quality MEP services.
* Lead MEP bid opportunities.
* Collaborate with the Queensland Director to grow MEP cost management opportunities.
* Assist in feasibility studies and write procurement reports.
* Estimate and cost plan, including producing and presenting the final cost plan to internal and external clients.
* Deal effectively with post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
Key qualifications include:
* A recognized degree qualification in quantity surveying, construction management, or engineering.
* MRICS/AIQS accreditation or equivalent.
* Relevant work experience, ideally in a consultancy environment.
* Great understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
* Experience in cost management.
* Proficiency in software relevant to cost estimation.
* Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
* Team player with ability to work autonomously.
* Excellent command of written and spoken English, with excellent report and bid writing skills.
* Highly motivated and driven, with passion for delivering to clients and working independently.
