* Provide efficient and courteous meal service to residents in an aged care facility
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen, serveries, and dining room areas
* Ensure adherence to quality assurance documents and protocols
* Wash dishes, plate meals, and maintain the presentation of all food items
* Prepare salads, sandwiches, and other menu items with attention to detail and quality
* Coordinate the setup and clearing of function areas to ensure smooth operations
This position involves working collaboratively with chefs and chef managers to deliver exceptional culinary experiences. Key responsibilities also include supporting the team in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
