We are seeking experienced Mental Health Clinicians (Mental Health Registered Nurses) to join our dedicated community mental health teams across various regional locations in Victoria, including Traralgon, Warragul. These multiple positions will focus on providing comprehensive care to individuals in both community and inpatient settings. Key Responsibilities: Conduct urgent and routine mental health assessments. Develop and implement safety plans and holistic treatment approaches. Collaborate with consumers, families, and carers in recovery planning. Deliver individual, group, and family interventions. Liaise with community services to ensure seamless support.
