The MCS works with their manager (Senior MCS/Group MCS) to build sector plans and is responsible for client management and all client interfaces within the assigned account/prospect scope.Roles And ResponsibilitiesDevelop and present proactive proposals to clients/prospects in line with sector strategyEngage relevant internal Infosys teams and service lines to develop solutionsHandle risks and issues related to the accounts, including delivery oversight ensuring strong governanceSet and manage client expectations to ensure strong satisfactionSkills / CompetenciesEssential:Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related disciplinePreferred:Strong sales/relationship management experienceExperience interacting with CXO level client contactsBusiness development and project management experienceIT Services experience with Global Delivery ModelAbility to position industry insights to client needsDeep understanding of client’s business challenges and providing thought leadershipExperience in Technology Consulting for mining sectorProposal creation and presentation skillsLeadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsExperience with IT and business consulting engagementsUnderstanding of contracts, MSAs, pricing modelsStrong negotiation skillsAdditional SkillsExcellent customer interfacing skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail, analytical, problem-solving skillsWe support individuals with disabilities or special needs during recruitment.
