Customer Service Team Member - Key Accounts

W e have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Team Member - Key Accounts to join the team in our Scoresby location (relocating to Dandenong South). Reporting to the Key Accounts Team Leader, you will service Penguin Random House customers to ensure that all requirements are fully satisfied.
Key responsibilities include:
* Handle inbound telephony from key account customers
* Entry of all received customer requests
* Manage key account orders received
* Process order cancellations, returns authorisations, credits and any other customer requests as required
* Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers as well as other employees
* Attend to and rectify any problems regarding customers' requests to ensure optimal outcomes
* Escalate customer issues where applicable
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with relevant stakeholders and Departments to scope and implement changes
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in customer service in a high volume order environment with product diversity. You will have excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and problem solving skills and enjoy developing and maintaining relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office.
