Job Description:
As an experienced occupational therapist, you will be leading a multidisciplinary team in providing occupational therapy services to patients within the Mental Health Inpatient services. Your role will involve coordinating and delivering direct clinical care to consumers and their families, managing a clinical caseload and contributing to quality improvement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
* Manage a caseload of patients and prioritize tasks accordingly
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA
* At least 3 years' experience in inpatient services and/or mental health
* Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work autonomously
