Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to achieve ambitious revenue goals.

* Negotiate and close complex deals, exceeding client expectations and securing maximum value for Freighter Group.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity, identifying new sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of successful experience in a senior sales role.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas consistently.
* Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and the sales cycle.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
* Deep understanding of our industry or a related technical field (preferred).
* A passion for exceeding expectations and a relentless drive for results.
