Position Classification: Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2, Clinical Psychologist, Senior Psychologist, Occupational Therapist Level 3, Social Worker Level 3
Remuneration: Dependent on Classification
Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2: $57.11 - $58.98 per hour
Clinical Psychologist: $55.09 - $67.15 per hour
Senior Psychologist: $60.12 - $65.14 per hour
Occupational Therapist Lvl 3: $56.68 - $58.52 per hour
Social Worker Lvl 3: $56.68 - $58.52 per hour

In this dynamic role, you’ll provide clinical leadership and mentorship to early career staff and students, while delivering evidence-based care that helps consumers identify their goals and thrive. You’ll contribute specialist expertise, support multidisciplinary decision-making, and step into leadership when needed.

What You'll Be Doing
As a senior clinician provide leadership, mentorship and supervision, to ensure the delivery of evidence-based, strengths focused, recovery orientated assessment and treatment within a multi-disciplinary team. Carry a clinical caseload, appropriate to the needs of the service.

Where You'll Be Working
SWSLHD Community Mental Health Services provide comprehensive, community-based mental health care across South Western Sydney.

These services cater to different age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and older persons, ensuring specialised care throughout various life stages. The multidisciplinary teams offer a range of supports, including mental health assessments, crisis intervention, care coordination, and therapy. They work closely with inpatient services, GPs, and other community organisations to provide holistic care.

The focus on community health and wellbeing makes SWSLHD Community Mental Health Services an ideal place to work, providing opportunities for professional growth and the chance to make a meaningful impact on the community.

2. Can you share an example of how you've provided recovery-focused, evidence-based care—especially involving consumers, their families and natural supports in line with the NSW Mental Health Act 2007?
3. Tell us about your experience leading and supervising within a mental health team, including how you’ve used communication, problem-solving, and technology to support service delivery.
4. Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
