About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Buyer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing products, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the right products are available to meet customer demand.
Key Responsibilities
· Source and select products for retail sales
· Negotiate pricing and supply terms with suppliers
· Monitor sales trends and manage inventory levels
· Analyse product performance and adjust purchasing strategies
· Maintain relationships with domestic and international suppliers
· Coordinate with warehouse and marketing teams regarding product launches and stock levels
Requirements
· Previous experience in retail buying, purchasing, or supply chain roles
· Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
· Ability to analyse sales data and market trends
· Good communication and organisational skills
· Experience working in retail or e-commerce environments is highly regarded
