We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Guest Services Agent across multiple locations.
Applicants should have experience working in hotel reservations or similar capacities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure guests receive a warm and professional welcome at all times
* Engage with each guest as an individual, listening attentively to their requests
* Respond promptly to phone calls in a professional manner
* Prepare daily reports and communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams
* Balance daily accounts accurately
* Listen to and resolve guests' complaints in a timely manner
Skill Requirements:
* Effective communication skills in written and verbal forms
* Previous experience in front office positions preferred
* Qualification in hospitality services is beneficial
* Strong computer skills are essential
* Knowledge of RMS or other hotel PMS systems is advantageous
* Excellent interpersonal skills to enhance service standards
* Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the team
Work Environment:
* Fast-paced environment requiring multitasking
* Must be available weekends and public holidays
