The Role of a Residential Conveyancing Manager
This position is responsible for leading a high-performing team in a dynamic and fast-growing residential conveyancing practice.
* Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, supervising conveyancers, and overseeing all residential files to ensure accuracy and timely settlements.
A successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to train and guide team members, and excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will also be able to implement and maintain efficient systems, checklists, and workflow processes to enhance productivity and compliance.
This role reports to the Principal and plays an integral part in business improvement initiatives.
