Role Overview
This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for an experienced executive to join Nutricium Health at a critical stage of its evolution, taking full ownership of the organisation as it transitions from start‐up to scale‐up. Reporting to the Board, the General Manager (Designate CEO) will lead the end‐to‐end establishment of the business, driving the development of operational systems, commercial strategy, and organisational capability from the ground up. The role requires a hands‐on yet strategic leader with deep expertise in pharmaceutical or clinical nutrition manufacturing, who can oversee complex operations across production, quality, regulatory, sales, and supply chain while shaping a high‐performing team and culture. With a clear pathway to CEO, the successful candidate will play a key role in positioning Nutricium Health as a globally competitive clinical nutrition business, delivering sustainable growth, building strong industry partnerships, and establishing a best‐in‐class manufacturing and innovation platform.
* Proven experience in a General Manager, Chief Executive or senior leadership role with full P&L accountability across complex operations
* Demonstrated background in pharmaceutical, clinical nutrition, or highly regulated manufacturing environments
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth, profitability, and market expansion
* Hands‐on experience establishing or scaling operations, ideally within a start‐up or early‐stage business
* Deep understanding of regulatory, quality, and compliance frameworks within pharmaceutical or clinical manufacturing
* Expertise across end‐to‐end operations including production, supply chain, procurement, and quality systems
* Experience leading capital projects, site establishment, or commissioning of manufacturing facilities
* Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high‐performing, cross‐functional teams
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with Boards, investors, government bodies, and industry partners
* Established industry networks within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or clinical nutrition sectors
* Demonstrated experience in business development, including identifying new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities
* High level of financial literacy, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting in collaboration with senior finance leaders
* Excellent communication and leadership capability, with the ability to influence, drive change, and lead from the front
