As a rehabilitation consultant, you will be responsible for assessing and developing workplace rehabilitative programs. This involves evaluating clients' transferable skills and potential through various means, including early intervention assessments, home assessments, worksite assessments, job task analyses, ergonomic assessments, and case management services.
\
You will utilise your strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders such as insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers, and employees. Additionally, you will contact employers to inquire about potential jobs and promote the incentive scheme to organisations.
\
This is a full-time position, but part-time at 4 days per week may also be considered. Graduates and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
