About the Opportunity:
* This is a structured program designed to support graduates as they transition from student to registered midwife.
* The program includes a comprehensive orientation, paid professional development days, and debriefing sessions supported by a dedicated learning team.
* Upon successful completion of the program, you will be presented with a certificate of completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
* Participate in educational activities and training programs to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
* Registration as a midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
* Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
