**The heart of the role**:
- Being responsible for the front desk including all administration duties
- Work on sterilisation and cleaning tasks
- Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts
- Answering phone enquiries, appointment booking & recall management
- Administration & maintenance of the patient database
- Processing payments using EFTPOS & HiCaps
- Reporting as necessary on practice activities
