As the Head of Admissions, you will report to the Director of Community Engagement to drive our enrolment strategy. You will be the bridge between data‐driven strategy and human‐centered connection.
Your Key Impact Areas Will Include
* Future‐Proofing the College: Executing strategic enrolment goals that build upon our current success, ensuring we continue to progress and thrive for generations to come.
* Brand Ambassadorship: Partnering with the Community Engagement team to articulate our values and culture to prospective families.
* Leadership: Mentoring the Admissions Administrator and overseeing the daily operations of a high‐performing, professional office.
* Event Excellence: Leading the charge on Open Day tours, Insights and new parent information evenings, scholarship programs, and recruitment events.
* Data Intelligence: Analysing the student journey—from first inquiry to graduation—to provide actionable insights for the Principal and Executive team.
