Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Quest Alice Springs across digital, social, and traditional channels.
* Manage content creation, including social media posts, email campaigns, website updates, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
* Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize results and drive bookings.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and operations, to ensure marketing initiatives align with Quest standards and business objectives.
* Coordinate local events, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives to increase brand visibility and strengthen community presence.
* Support sales initiatives by creating targeted campaigns for corporate clients, travel agencies, and leisure travellers.
* Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and resources efficiently to maximize Return of Invest (ROI).
* Oversee digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and online travel agent promotions.
* Maintain and update the property website with SEO-friendly content, ensuring it reflects current offers, events, and brand messaging.
* Respond to guest feedback on digital channels in coordination with operations to enhance engagement and build long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
* Minimum Bachelor or above qualification, major in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are preferred
* Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or serviced apartment sectors.
* Strong digital marketing skills, including social media, content creation, and campaign management.
* Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and adjust strategies.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
* Must hold current work rights in Australia.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
